The San Fernando Valley Arts Coalition (SFVAC) was created to gather unity, support, and visibility for all the performing arts companies within the San Fernando Valley (SFV). Unknown to most, the valley possesses its own theater district, opera companies, orchestras, master chorale, dance companies, and youth choruses and orchestras. As a result, valley residents travel to downtown LA or Hollywood to see live performances, being unaware that phenomenal performances are within their own neighborhood. We strive to be able to present bigger and better musical productions, reach more children by giving them unprecedented access and exposure to the arts, expand our mission to bring arts and cultural experiences to underprivileged communities in the Valley, and take the lead in making the SFV the premiere arts destination it can and deserves to be!
